“Skulk” by definition, is a group or den of Foxes. The SKULK SOCIETY is the official and limited membership program of Foxes Den Meadery. Joining the Skulk Society offers you numerous benefits and perks including mead, merchandise and much more!

Skulk Society members are the foundation of our Micro-Meadery and receive top priority in our operations. All members will be provided FIRST access to purchase Foxes Den Meads along with Skulk Society Member Only exclusives.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and enroll in The Skulk Society.
• Membership is nontransferable.
• Membership duration is 1 calendar year starting on January 1st, 2024 and ending January 1st, 2025. 
• One membership per person (not per household).
• All member purchases must be picked up at our Meadery located at 101 S. Bridge St. Yorkville, IL 60560 during normal business hours. We cannot ship our meads at this time.
• All members purchases must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. Bottles not picked up during this time frame will be forfeited without refund and re offered for public sale. (Guaranteed bottles included in this membership agreement can be held until the end of membership term and will not go to public sale.) 
• Members and proxies must present a valid Government issued picture ID at order pick up.
• When using a proxy, the member must designate a proxy and confirm the information needed prior to order pick up.
• Foxes Den Meadery is not liable for any damages that occur to our product once it leaves our premises. This includes shipping and improper storage.
• Foxes Den Meadery reserves the right to offer any unsold member releases for public sale in our tasting room.
• Foxes Den Meadery retains, at its sole and unconditional discretion, the right to cancel a membership and refund a prorated portion of the members membership fees for any reason, at any time.
• Foxes Den Meadery shall guarantee Skulk Society Members access to (6) 375ml bottles of member only mead, (1) Skulk Society T-shirt and (1) Skulk Society 10oz. tasting glass included within the term of this membership.
• Foxes Den Meadery reserves the right to change or amend The Skulk Society Membership at any point during the duration of this membership.
• Members must provide accurate and up to date information including active email to receive release information. Foxes Den Meadery shall not be, for any circumstance, be responsible for missed or unread emails.
• Foxes Den Meadery shall notify each Skulk Society Member of a member bottle release. This announcement will be made via email to the members registered account and via Facebook private members group.
• All sales are final. There will be no refunds for member purchases or membership fees unless deemed necessary at the sole discretion of Foxes Den Meadery.
• There is no automatic renewal of this membership. However, existing members will have the opportunity to renew before the public.
• This membership agreement is the sole binding agreement between Foxes Den Meadery LLC and The Skulk Society Members. All prior discussions, understandings, representations and agreements, either oral or in writing, are superseded and merged into this agreement, which alone fully and completely expresses their agreement. The purchase of this membership acknowledges this binding agreement.
